The greatest café, bar & restaurant in the south eastern suburbs is seeking an exceptional leader to manage the day to day running of the venue and the restaurant trade.
Who ever said great jobs weren’t on offer these days?! A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:
- Experience in managing a restaurant or café
- Rostering staff on a fortnightly basis
- Weekly Stock takes
- Ordering of stock
- Staff training in the areas of bar, coffee and customer service
- Experience in cocktails, barrister and hosting would be favourable
- Sound knowledge of food and wine
- Great sense of humor
- Excellence in leading a friendly, hardworking team
- Administration and PA assistance to the General Manager & Owner
- Experience in following running sheets and supervising functions
- Flexibility in working days
- Available to work btw 40-60 hours per week
- Full drivers licence
