A Food Safety Supervisor - Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures and Implement Food Safety Procedures (FSS) - has advanced food handling skills and knowledge, including the ability to supervise food operations to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are achieved and maintained at all times.  This course includes the pre-requisite Food Handlers unit as well.
