Description
To work in the hospitality and airline industry and to serve alcohol in a pub, cafe, club, hotel, casino, restaurant or bottle shop, you may need to complete a certified course in the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
This course is delivered at our Training Centres in Carlton and Dandenong or can be delivered at any mutually agreed time and day at your workplace for groups of 8 to 25.
Assessment
Competency is assessed through a combination of assessment instruments.

There are no restrictions or prerequisites. Registration and pre-payment is required.
