The fully accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) short course provides you with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises in a pub, café, club, hotel, restaurant or bottle shop. The RSA short course is suitable for hospitality and bar staff, flight attendants and security officers. RSA (Liquor Licensing Victoria) certificates are issued ON THE SAME DAY on successful completion for ‘face-to-face’ attendees. Description
To work in the hospitality and airline industry and to serve alcohol in a pub, cafe, club, hotel, restaurant or bottle shop, you may need to complete a certified course in the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Course may be delivered at our Training Centre or at your workplace.
Assessment
Competency is assessed through a combination of assessment instruments.

There are no restrictions or prerequisites. Registration and pre-payment is required.

Qualification Earned
Liquor Licensing Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - Upon successful completion of the assessment, participants will receive an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
