Diploma of Hospitality

The Diploma of Hospitality furthers your career in supervision or management of hospitality operations – most specifically in a hotel/motel, resort, restaurant, casino, catering companies and hospitals or nursing homes. You’ll learn key skills in managing quality customer service, hospitality business compliance, managing workplace diversity, developing operational plans and budgets, building business relationships, and establishing and maintaining an OH&S system. This Diploma is a pre-requisite for further hospitality qualifications including the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.

This course is funded by the Victorian Government and is open to Australian citizens and Permanent residents. Victorian residents only.

This training program may be completed through classroom, workplace based training or a combination of both.

Assessment

Entry Requirements

If you meet the special conditions and have not completed a course higher than Certificate IV, you may eligible for a Victorian Government funded training place at Diploma level. Contact our office for further information. We encourage applicants with disabilities to apply for training.
