The Diploma of Hospitality furthers your career in supervision or management of hospitality operations – most specifically in a hotel/motel, resort, restaurant, casino, catering companies and hospitals or nursing homes. You’ll learn key skills in managing quality customer service, hospitality business compliance, managing workplace diversity, developing operational plans and budgets, building business relationships, and establishing and maintaining an OH&S system. This Diploma is a pre-requisite for further hospitality qualifications including the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.

Assessment
Entry Requirements
If you meet the special conditions and have not completed a course higher than Certificate IV, you may eligible for a Victorian Government funded training place at Diploma level. Contact our office for further information.
