The Certificate IV in Retail builds on your
Certificate III in Retail qualification and is designed to help you develop the first line management skills to manage a small retail or wholesale outlet, or a section, or department of a larger retail store or wholesale outlet. You’ll learn how to manage merchandise and store presentation, lead and manage people and provide a safe working environment. You’ll choose from a range of electives in management, inventory, merchandising and sales. Your learning will involve a combination of individual and team based learning strategies that include practical activities, industry case studies, role plays, simulations, projects and assignments.

Assessment
