The Good Taste Company hospitality training delivery process is flexible, and is specifically designed for industry training.

Courses consist of theoretical and practical elements:

Theoretical

A comprehensive induction to the training and learning tools
The course theory is delivered using workbooks and if appropriate, multimedia learning resources
Trainees work through the resources at their own pace
The Good Taste Company provides ongoing mentoring assistance for all trainees

Practical

All practical course elements are conducted in the workplace
All trainees are practically assessed to determine their level of competence [skills and knowledge]
Training can be customised to meet the requirements of individual organisations

On successful completion of courses, trainees receive a nationally accredited qualification in their area of study.
